Actually, you are in a public forum, the question posited towards you was a legitimate inquiry. It would also be nice if you completed your words when you type, to make what you are trying to convey understandable. There is no limit to the number of characters that you may type (as long as you don't intend to type a novel). Group rules clearly state that you have to make your queries readable and understandable. Is it so very very difficult to type LANG instead of lng and WAG instead of wg? I really don't get it.
Your question is very vague, and thus I have a few questions of my own:
1. How do you know that someone is sending anonymous text messages giving different or false information and to whom?
2. If you are not the recipient of the alleged anonymous text messages with false information, how did you find out if such messages exist?
If you are acting on mere suspicion and you do not have any evidence that such messages exist, then confront the recipient although there is no guarantee that they will tell you the truth.
3. If these anonymous texts exist, you may forward the texting number to the NBI and try to have it investigated there. If the matter is petty and personal however, please note that government funds and tax payers' money will be expended in investigating who is sending these messages. Also, you would have to understand that there are other matters of greater importance that the public servants in the NBI have to attend to, so you might not be able to get a result right away.
