hi po good afternoon. ask ko lng po.. pano ba gagawin ko? may mga cash collections po kc ako ng opisina na nagastos. cguro nasa 200-300,000 lahat ng total cash na nagalaw na hnd na napalitan.. may mga binago po ako sa records ng collection at official receipt namin.. may mga nagbayad ng cash pero inaapply kopo ung check payments ng ibang client. ung ibang cash po inaapply ko as credit card payment. sa ngaun po hnd pa po ulit ako nkabalik sa ofis. pinagawa lang po nila ko ng sulat na nangangako po ako na babayaran ko lahat ng nagastos ko. Atty. kylangan ko po ng legal advice. salamat po

Tama ba ito? Nagnakaw ka at humihingi ka ng payo dito kung paano mo malulusutan ito? Harapin mo ang demanda sayo at kung makukulong ka e harapin mo rin yan.

Seriously? You falsified records, and stole from your employer. THAT IS EITHER QUALIFIED THEFT OR ESTAFA THROUGH FALSIFICATION, depending on your position in the company. It is but right that you pay back what you took. You had no right to take that money and to lie about the source or type.

I am sure they are contemplating the filing of criminal cases against you. Face the charges, and next time DO NOT BREAK THE LAW.
