Thanks for immediate reply po. Heto po yun term s contract. The lease shall be for two (2) years, commencing on September 21, 2015 and extendable for another period upon mutual agreement. Provided that: 4.2.1 the LESSEE is not in default of any provision of this Lease Contract; 4.2.2 the LESSEE gives written notice of its intent to the LESSOR at least three (3) months prior to the expiration of the term of this Lease Agreement. Failure to give three (3) months prior notice shall be ground for forfeiture of security deposit. The LESSEE is allowed the option to pre-terminate this Lease Agreement upon strict compliance with the following conditions : Written notice is given to the LESSOR at least three (3) months prior to the intended termination date; and the LESSEE pay the LESSOR a pre-termination penalty payment amount equivalent to the number of months shortfall to the period of lease stated in this lease contract as liquidated damages plus the forfeiture of the security deposit. Such pre-termination penalty can be waived if an immediate replacement LESSEE (acceptable to the LESSOR) can be found to take over the remaining shortfall lease period and able to continue the rent payments and other obligations to LESSOR without disruption

The estimated cost for renovation and thick glasses used is around a million excluded the furnitures and appliances. Paano po b m pull out ni tenant un?
