Hi Everyone,

I was previously employed in a BPO company. I signed a training bond for 6 months. I stayed there for 5 months. I notified my supervisor 2 weeks before I will push through with my resignation since I was offered a different job role that is twice the salary. My supervisor accepted my resignation as well as my operations manager. Am I sill obliged to pay the bond? I'm hesitant to go back there and process my clearance because of the thought that they'll ask for it. Am I still entitled for a back pay?

Thanks in advance.

yes you need to pay unless the company agrees to waive it. you are still entitled to your final pay less the training bond

What would be the chances of them waiving it?
