Hazard pay for public health workers am I entitled?

To our legal genius please give me hand on this problem. To start with, I was appointed as an Executive Assitant II to the City Mayor a co-terminous appointment. The latter assigned me to the City General Hospital to supervise the maintenance and security group of the said hospital, with the kind of job that I have, it is my strong beleif that I am exposing my self into hazard of incurring contagious desease, in this regard, I would like to seek your opinion if I may be considered as public health workers which I think I am, thereby according my self to claim Hazard Pay and other benefits provided under Magna Carta for Public Helath workers. panyero, if the geniuses don't answer, may i recommend that you seek an opinion from the DOH. Are the other persons in the security and maintenance group receiving hazard pay? if so, you can argue that you are similarly situated
