The Secretary shall regularly submit to the Commissioner of Customs a list of imported
products susceptible to unfair trade practices. The Commissioner of Customs is hereby mandated to submit to the Secretary monthly reports covering importations of said products, including but not
limited to the following:
1. Commercial invoice;
2. Bill of lading;
3. Import Entries; and
4. Pre-shipment reports.
NOTE: Failure to comply with the submission of such report as provided herein shall hold the concerned officials liable and shall be punished with a fine not exceeding the equivalent of six (6) months salary or suspension not exceeding one (1) year.
