Good Day Maam and Sir,
Galing ako sa NBI kanina and para kumuha ng clearance peru na hit po ung status ko sa natandaan ko po wla akong criminal case at records, peru may plan ako dati intenet sa globe na hindi ko napatuloy ung bayad at tsaka sa paypal account ko may negtive balance ako ito po kaya dahilan kaya ako nag hit? Maraming salamat po.

Either that or you have a namesake. In which case you have to wait a week before you could get the clearance. Whatever it is, if there truly is a case against you, it will show in the clearance.

Hi po maam/ sir,di ka po ba makakakuha ng police clearance and nbi clearance kung may civil case ka ( tho i still dont know king meron ako) just in case. Nagsabi lang kasi yung tao sa akin na magfifile siya ng civil case sa akin (small claims) bc of i cant pay my rental fee. Tho its been 4yrs nver ako at parents ko nakatanggap ng papr na magaapear sa court. Please help me. Andami ko na po kasing dinown na trabaho bc im scared.

No, only criminal charges and investigations will appear with the records in the NBI.

Regardless if you have a criminal case, you will still be able to obtain a clearance. However, your pending criminal cases and investigations will be included in the clearance.

Civil cases are not included. There is no penalty in the form of fine or imprisonment that the government can impose on the losing party in a civil case.

Consult a lawyer where you are. If you cannot afford one try going to the PAO.

Ay sorry po Maam, yes po maam naghahanap nga po ko ng trabaho maam pagkatapos po ng libing ng papa ko, e ang atat po ng land lord e biglang civil case agad siya, e yun po ang dahilan bat po ko naghahanap ng trabaho maam para naman po matapos na po yung bayaran ko sa kanila andami ko na pong nabibitawan na mga final intervieq dahil po sa dahilan na baka po e makulong po ko .salamat po talaga maam ilang taon na rin po kong gustong makapagtrabaho e. Four years is too long to use not being able to get an NBI clearance as an excuse. I hope you do find work so you could pay your obligation and support yourself.

Yes maam. I only got the jobs that doesnt required nbi clearance and police like dishwasher in a certain restaurant for a yr or so. I applied in so many jobs already like call centers but at the end of the day im too scared, baka kasi di ako makakakuha ng nbi at makukulong ako pagkumuha ako. Kaya di nalang po ko pumunta sa mga final interviews ko

It doesn't work that way. You can only be arrested if you are caught committing a crime, if the arresting officers have probable cause based on personal knowledge that a crime has been committed and you are the person who committed it, or if you are fleeing from detention, or if there is a warrant in your name.

For criminal case that has pending trial and already posted a bail.

Since the new circular is available, if someone requested an NBI, can she/he still be able to use it to find job?

since it is now a multi purpose nbi clearance?

Am I correct with that?
