hi there,
i gave my buyer and agent special power of attorney to sell my land and to evict my stubborn uncle from my property. i just found out my agent gave my uncle some land, without consulting me, so now he is building a stone house in my land...therefore, my land has decrease in size, so now the buyer does not want to pay for the agreed price and the original agreement. how can i halt the sale of my property and revoke both special power of attorney that i have assigned to both of them. Can they both collaborate and take my land from me without the agreed payout, even though, i have backed out from the sale.
any advise is greatly appreciated.
