Good day to everyone.

I wanted to have a clarification about extrajudicial foreclosure of property. I heard that in extra judicial foreclosure of property for instance real estate mortgage, there's no need for the property to be annotated. Could this be true.

Can we just file the extrajudicial foreclosure of property at the clerk of court without registering the mortgage at the Register of Deeds?
