Ask ko lang po.. Bale if I want to re marry dyan sa Pinas after my divorce, as am a Brit Cit, Do I need to to file ng court declaration to have my divorce recognized or I don't need to do that?

Nope. all you have to do is to ask from British embassy in the philippines a certification that you are legally competent to enter a contract of marriage.....

Thanks for the reply esquire pero ask ko lang po paano na yung record ko dyan sa Pinas like sa NSO etc as I got married dyan sa Pinas sa civil rites.. And ang record sa kanila is still there na married? Pano ko po yun mababago to say na am divoced already..

When a CENOMAR would not be issued due to previosu marriage, all you have to do is to go to the LCR and show them that you already acquired foreign citizenship ( I am presuming na u already forfeited your filipino citizenship status) and also, show them the certification issued by ur foreign diplomatic office located in the philippines showing that you are now divorced.etc.
