Please need your expertise on this. I was offered to buy shares of stock for 10 shares. I was to sign the Deed of Sale but I later found out that the Seller is already dead in 2013. What document should I sign or should be presented to me by the other party? Further, the seller has 3 sons but no will was left but they are willing to sell the said shares of stocks as well. What documents they should present or I should sign? Thank you very much. Hope for immediate reply.
