Greetings Attorneys! Please need your opinion on this.... That herein ______________ (Widow), hereby freely and voluntarily RENOUNCES, RELINQUISHES, ABANDONS and WAIVES all her hereditary rights, interests, shares and participation as heir of the deceased ____________ in the said parcel of land in favor of the four children to be equally divided among them.
Questions:
Is there a need for a widow to be included her name in the land title? She waives her right so, the title content only the names of her four children and to be equally divided among them right?
Some attorney say that the widow only waives her right on the part of the deceased, other say that the widow waives all her right so, she is no longer included in the land title. Please help po i'am so much confused. Maraming salamat in advance.
