Arresto Menor

Ask ko lang. Kasi hindi kami napadalhan ng subpoena kahit isa. And then nung pumunta kami ng Mtc is nagulat kami... May information na regarding dun sa bail at sa kinaso sa amin. Pero wala pa din naman daw warrant. Pano nangyari to? Hindi ba kami nakareceive ng due process? Kasi wala kaming subpoena nareceive eh. Resolution na agad dumating sa amin. Need answers asap. And add ko lang... Sabi nung lawyer nung pao, Wala daw kasalanan yung Fiscal, Yung post office daw may kasalanan. Salamat
