Atty., i need your guidance. last year someone filed a esatafa case against me. i issued a pdc amounting to 30,000.00 last 2007 and my check bounced due to account close. Last january 21, 2011 i recieved a letter from the prosecutor's office stating that the case was dismissed for lack of probable cause. And now the complainant told me that she will file another estafa case.
