- Yung company po nagbigay ng notice less than 15 working days instead of one month. Meaning, walang time ang employees para makapag hanap ng ibang work kasi biglaan yung notice.
- Yung reason ng company is na-hold kasi yung project dahil nagkaroon ng problema sa client. Walang income yung company so magsasara na lang.
Kasi po pakiramdam ko po unfair naman if kahit 1 month di sila nagbigay ng notice and hindi sila magbigay ng separation pay which equals to 1 month salary man lang. Yes, walang income yung company but then responsibility pa rin naman nila yung employees di ba? sobrang short noticed kasi and considering maraming companies 2 weeks bago maprocess ang applications in case ngayon pa lang mag-apply yung employees sa new jobs. May right po ba ang employees to ask for a separation pay?
