Company closure and separation pay

Ask ko lang po if may separation pay po ba if:

- Yung company po nagbigay ng notice less than 15 working days instead of one month. Meaning, walang time ang employees para makapag hanap ng ibang work kasi biglaan yung notice.
- Yung reason ng company is na-hold kasi yung project dahil nagkaroon ng problema sa client. Walang income yung company so magsasara na lang.

Kasi po pakiramdam ko po unfair naman if kahit 1 month di sila nagbigay ng notice and hindi sila magbigay ng separation pay which equals to 1 month salary man lang. Yes, walang income yung company but then responsibility pa rin naman nila yung employees di ba? sobrang short noticed kasi and considering maraming companies 2 weeks bago maprocess ang applications in case ngayon pa lang mag-apply yung employees sa new jobs. May right po ba ang employees to ask for a separation pay?

walang separation pay if closure is due to business losses but dapat 30 days ang notice. try to ask dole. the company may be liable for the 15 days na salary when they only gave you 15 days notice

or baka they maybe forced to employ you for 15 days more to comply with the notice requirement

so meaning wala talaga? they will pay the last cut off naman pero kulang for 1 month financial need eh anyway, I already sent an inquiry to DOLE. thanks anyway.

meron yan something kasi hindi sila nagcomply sa 30 day rule. hindi kasi official ang amount na nakalagay as penalty. But kung sulit ba to file a complaint and attend hearings for that amount you have to decide for yourself

but if you are asking again about separation pay, wala talaga

what if hindi na nila kami pinapapasok? may rights ba kami humingi ng salary namin for the last 15 days? kasi parang ang gusto ng company is nung sinabi nilang isara, isara na. Pag umabsent kami dahil may interview sa ibang companyn, minus din sa sweldo namin

Hindi sinasabi sa batas yan but i think yan yung fair dahil hindi sila sumunod sa 30 day notice.
