Good morning po, mga Ma'am and Sir..

Q1: Tanung kulang po sana if kapag terminated is wala talagang COE? then sabi ng HR namen.. mabibigyan kame ng COE pero naka indicate na Terminated kame.

Q2: Contractual po ako sa company namen direct hired. every 5months end of contract ko.. dapat po ba every end of the month ng contract is my COE dapat? So naka 4x po akong Renew ng kontrata.. so dapat may 4x COE din yun?

Maramaing salamat po in advance sa sasagot.

1. you can ask for a coe kahit na terminated. pero nothing precents your former employer from putting na terminated ka if its true.
2. hindi kelangan. all you need is one COE. nakasulat dun dapat lahat ng dates na nagtrabaho ka sa kanila

So based po talaga sa labor code. talagang naka indicate yung caused of separation sa company na "Terminated".. Crying or Very sad

yes pwede talaga ilagay. d mo sila mapipigilan. if terminated ka naman talaga malalaman din yan ng bagong employer kahit wala sa coe pag nag background check sila
