Regarding Last Pay

Hi mga Sir/Ma'am, ito po yung mga tanong ko.

- Contractual employee for 2 years and 7 months. May dapat po ba akong makuha maliban sa last salary ko?

- Ilang araw po ba bago ko makuha yung last pay ko kung contractual employee ako?

- Makatwiran po ba na sabihin nila sa akin 2 weeks before matapos yung contract na di na ako makakapag renew?

- Legal po ba ito sa batas yung terms nila sa contract nila na ganito?

"The CONTRACTOR's total fee for the duration of the project shall be P***,***.00 or equivalent to P***.00/hour which includes all benefits mandated by DOLE DO18-A, such as SSS, Pag-Ibig, Philhealth and 13th month pay."

Salamat sir sa pag sagot. Naguluhan lang kasi ako, ngayon lang kasi ako naka encounter na kasama sa bayad sa akin per hour yung mga benefits.

Hi, I just need some help our cut off is 10-25 and on 26 i was terminated. and on our payout is in 5th does the company has the right to hold my last pay? even though i finished the cut off?

yes. anything na hindi mo pa nakukuha pwede i-hold as part of last pay.
