Arresto Menor

My daughter has been issued a warrant of arrest for a bouncing check case which her previous office colleague has been making her as co-maker. I have no choice but to bail her. But the problem now is she will have a hearing set on February 22 and we haven't got a lawyer because it will cost us 50,000 pesos for lawyers acceptance fee. We have not got that amount and i am afraid we can not get a lawyer. I was inquiring about a PAO lawyer and they said that it is only an indigent who is entitled to a PAO lawyer. Please help me what to do.
