I just wanna ask if there are any grounds for this matter
The school has computer units.. They decided to reformat it and they agree that our shop will reformat it.  We pull out the 3system units and 10 monitors.  The property custodian decided about it but without any documents in pulling it out. Nothing is documented.  It happened that because the shop was so busy it took 2 months and the unit was not yet returned.  When the technician and the property custodian argued about returning it on a date.  An incident happen before the scheduled date. This was the incident two teachers approach the technician when the technician visited the school.  Their approach was sarcastic calling the technician names like swindler (mangingilad in bisaya) The two teachers we're shouting to the technician but the technician was calm not to shout back.  That even the technician was about to go out one teacher still shouted at him in front of many pupils.
So the technician blotter it and plan to file a case of the two teachers.
The property custodian is very eager to retrieve the units and asking if the units are really there.  The technician said I will show it in barangay office when they face each other.  But I'll assure you the units are safe and not been used and are intact the technician said.  The property is still hesitant and really wanted to have the units back so he said I'll be filing a case about it and refer it to the lawyer..
On what grounds can he file??? What will it be??
