Arresto Menor

Happy new year! I am a government employee and a solo parent. Solo parent because my boyfriend was married but they were not together for more that 7 years.
My problem is ,I understand that I am protected under magna carta as a solo parent.But now I am pregnant now on my 2nd child,what is the effect of having a second child being a solo parent on my work?I am a regular government employee,can they fire me?
