Hi please help me. A former co employee send me a threat via text message. I already made a blotter in barangay but I wanted to file case to have protection, but the problem is I accidentally deleted the text message. Can I still file a case like restraining order? Or what not... I really don't know what to do...

The barangay should get the two of you to meet with the lupon or investigator as mediator. The result and subsequent actions of the said former co-employee will be the determining factor for further action. And you might want to post your querry on the right forum, not the bench, or quasi-groups..
