Looking for Seamans Employer

Hi! My husband is a seaman for more than 10 yrs now but sad to say we got a dis agreement last May 2016 while he still on board. He ended his contract last July 2016. During his vacation period he stayed to his parents and he never gave us support for almost 4 months considering we have 2 children. There is a 3rd party involve already. Now we heard that he already back onboard last month and we don't know his office since he transfer from his previous employer. Please advice me on how am i goin to locate him and his employer so i can be able to demand an allotment for my children. Thank you and more power...
