I would like to ask an advice.
Ganito po kasi nangyari, We pay for a registration for a certain seminar through their bank account. we were on our way na sana to the venue when someone not from the Organization who conducted the seminar asked us kung totoo ba na napostponed ang seminar. So I texted the contact number and they said na nareschedule nga po. Without prior notice sa mga participants nila. so we lost our confidence on that organization. Now we opted to ask for a refund since we don't like to attend anymore. kinulit namin kasi matagal-tagal na rin.
they have a facebook page at sa galit ko i rated them 1 star. a day after the Owner called me and so furious kung ano daw rights ko to rate them 1 star and to post negative comments in their page. calling me gaga and many negative words, sirang-sira na po daw name ng organization nila dahil sa ginawa ko and he keep on telling me that he will sue me cybercrime daw po and moral damages and i will pay 20 million daw sa kanila.
now i searched their Organization name sa website ng SEC and found out that they are not registered.
Ano po kaya masasabi ninyo rito. What step should i take?
