Hi Professionals,

May issue po kasi sa aking employment ngayon. Meron po kami bond na 2 years and hindi pa po ako regular employee, meron po nakalagay sa contract na " You will agree to continue in the employ of (company) for minimum period of 2 years from the date of hiring. In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment prior to completion of the three year period or be terminated for due cause, you agree to reimburse (company) for the cost of TRAINING in the amount of PESOS: ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php100000) in cash upon separation"

But if willling ka naman lumaban dun sa court case, they have to prove na gumastos sila ng ganung amount

Hi Sir Luke,

what do you mean consent sa lawyer?
