I would appreciate any comments on the following:
1) It is possible to bypass the usual mediation by Barrio Captain and the "Lupon" in the ejectment of residential property tenants.?
2) Can lawyer be required to issue an engagement letter detailing the services covered by the "Acceptance Fee" and any other fees over and above that fee.?
3) Why and when is a "Judicial Affidavit" required to be executed before the lawyer in the Philippines? Is an affidavit executed before an Australian Justice of the Peace not acceptable in the Philippines?
