Problem on NSO Birth Certificate

need po b tlga n latest NSO birth certificate pag nag ask ng local birth certificate? kc po need ko authenticated B.C. from dfa pro nk hold po ito now, may problem po kc... di daw clear copy ng BC ko so they ask me my local BC. i ask favor from a rlativ in d province to get it. I send an Old BC copy but they didn't accept it coz they ask for an latest NSO BC. eh yong latest ko po ns dfa n, does it mean need ko tlga kumuha n nman ng new NSO BC? tnx...GOdbles!

Hello, I have problem as well regarding my birth certificate. I used my late registered birth cert when I went to college and also when I started working.

Just recently when I requested for another one (requirement for my new job) I got the first registered bc which is totally different from what I usually used. Here are the difference: father’s name, my surname, place of birth and ‘method of giving birth’.

If the first registration is the official record, then that means I have to change all the documents that I have right now. starting from my diploma up until to my passport, TIN, SSS etc.?

Honestly i was shocked when I received the copy, I indicated in my request that I was late registered and the name of my father I wrote was the one I’m currently using but still I got the first registered bc.

My father (in my late registered bc) died already and I don’t know where is my biological father (the one in my first registered bc). My mom is also not around.

Is it possible to make the late registered BC the official? Do I have to contact my parents (my mom and my biological dad) during the court hearing? Kindly also give me an estimate of the cost for the said way to change my name.

If I will adopt the name on my first reg BC I'll be needing only an affidavit to change my surname in all my legal documents? Around how much will this cost me?

gusto ko lang malaman kung paano ko malalaman if naka registred ang aking lola sa local civil registrar sa cebu, mag request sana kami ng Birth certificate nya.,Nag inquire ako online sa NSO sbi nila maaring walana daw ang record since ipinanganak ang aking lola noong 1944.Paano po ba ang mainam na paraan para sya magkaroon ng Birth certificate?

I also have problems with my birth certificate. Last feb 13, 2002 pina late registered po ako ng tita ko sa Sorsogon Bicol since doon po ako pinanganak. pero last year po nag request ako sa NSO ng copy ng birthcertificate ko pero mali po yung spellling ng middle name ko at mali din yung mga middle name ng parents ko.Kaya po tinawagan ko yung tita ko para ipaayos at icorrect pero ang ginawa po niya ay inaaply po ulit na late registered with the correct info last OCtober 21, 2013. Pano po kaya ang yung magandang gawin kasi yung old records pa din po yung nag appear sa NSO ngayon.
