Ask ko lang po if it's permissible by law to transfer to another person the authority that was given to me?
In my case kasi I was given the authority to claim and process some documents sa school and sa CHED for "red ribbon" purposes. Tapos now that I'm working naman sa ibang lugar, it's inconvenient for me to act on their behalf na.
It would be a great help if matulungan niyo ako dito, I can see that you've helped a lot of people na. So please...
