Hi good day! I had a church wedding outside the country (middle east)which was not legalized in the philippines.My previous partner ang i were separated for more than 2 years already. We had a child. If i am planning to get married to another girl, will it be a problem hence my previous marriage is not legalized? Please give me options. I am currently supporting our son .Thank you so much

Isa pa po.. sinasabi po nung previous partner ko na nakalagay ako sa birth certificate nung bata eh wla namn ako nung pinanganak po sya. Either you need to be there or may ippepresent na marriage contract di po ba? Not legal po kasal namin kasi i dont have any marriage record sa NSO . please help me on this po. Salamat
