My friend got caught in his house with his "girlfriend" who is married.
The woman's brother-in-law and sister-in-law has pictures of them while inside his room. They were clothed when the snaps were taken. How they got into their house is another story.
The girl's husband is an OFW and they are waiting for him to get back next month. The in-laws are now threatening my friend that their family will file lawsuits against him. He knows she's married and he knows she has a child.
My questions are;
1) What are the possible cases that can be filed against him?
2) Can they file it only against him leaving his girlfriend unscathed?
