Is it legal by law that before probationary period, the company has created a 3-month training program. The purpose is that to evaluate the newly hired if they are capable to do the job or suitable and fit for the position they are applying for.

Is it legal for us to serve newly hired a 3-months training program then after a successful training assessment, will renew them to a 1-year contract subject for evaluation.

why would you think that it wont be legal? Will the employee receive salary during the training period?

ah its below minimum wage. its legal but you need to get DOLE to approve an apprenticeship program and its has to include on the job training. why not just give them minimum wage?

Your purpose clearly describes a probationary period.
