Help anyone i can get intouch with, with this case.

Matagal na po ksi my silent war sa between acct namin and sa other acct pero hnd confirm. Naconfirm lng noong start na mag parinig sila. Which is hnd naman nakakabahala. However today lang just 3 hours ago. Nsa work po ako schedule ng work ko 9pm. Nsa tamang oras naman po ako hndi ako late. Ngayon i decided to go outside with my work mate bbli ng food sa kalpt buildng. Since wala pa si Team Leader which is our Supervisor, bumaba nalang kame. Without informing anyone. Ngayon meron sigurong nag chuchu kay Operational Manager na wala kame so tumwag sya thru cellphone sa kawork ko asking where we are. So my workmate did respond na nsa bilihan kme and pabalik na. Sakto naman papasok palang ung Team Lead namin kadadating palang. So ang nangyare is while sabay sabay kme paakyat. Nag sabe na ako sa team lead namin na "tl baka pagalitan tayo, nahuli kasi kame ni OM na wala sa station" so pakkyat na kme ng bandang nda pinto na kame eh biglang bumungad si OM na para bang na nunundo ng bata. At inagaw ang interview room sa mga nag iinterview at knausap kame doon. Sa madling salita wala ng prosesong naganap. Sinabin kame tatlo kasama team lead namin ng sabay sabay. Hanggang umabot sa point na wala kame gnagawa sa trabaho namin kesyo daw loitering kami. Pakalat kalat. Which is nung ng tanong naman sya sa team lead ko is totoong first time lang nangyare ito. Ngayon ang point ko lang po is bukod sa kinutya kutya nya ung account na hawak namin sa trabaho at kinutya nya ako sa pamamagitan ng pag tatanong kung alam ko ba ang mga slitang loiter, at conflict which is sinagot ko ng oo at ipinag diinan nya na ipapaliwanag daw nya. Mariin akong tumanggi. At bgla syang nagtanong ng ganyan ka ba talaga sumagot? Sumagot naman ako ng yes , at nagslita sya ng why is yout tone goibg up? Sumagot ako ng maam ganito lang po ako sumagot malakas tlga boses ko pero hnd po ako galit. Then bigla syang nag sabi na irerecord ko to irerecord ko to. Nag sbe ako ng no! You can't bakit mo irerecord so nag oover talk na kame then i stood up and nagtanong sya anong problema ang sagot ko maam sa totoo lang iba kau tumingin hindi ko alam ano problema pero bakit ganyan kayo then sabe nya is that something personal? Sbe ko hindi ko po alam sainyo. Ksi ultimo mga agent na hnhawakan nyo ngayon pinariringgan kame then she ask again "is it between mr or between them then i said i dont know, maam i'll go tapos bigla nyang sinara ang pinto and hndi nya ako pinayagan umalis. Until inult ult ko na uuwi na ako maam let me go. Ung team leader ko po tulala da nangyare wala dn masabe pti ung katrabaho ko.

Ang question ko lang po is anong magandang gawin sa ganyang tao? Kasi dumaan napi ako sa hr. Ung hr parang bias naman po walang sinabi anong pwedeng gawin. Ginwa pi nila pinatawag ung direktor which is friend ng operational manger so ang nangyare kausap ko ung direktor. Tapos ksma dlwang hr sa loob ng room. Tnatnong nila what is my decision nga daw po . ksi as per Direktor ayaw dw nya ako umlis at mabubulaklaknn slta from her kesyo icocoach na daw si Operational Manager (OM) then ask nya what gusto ko gwin kay OM which is d na ako kumibo kasi alan ko magkaibgan sila so wala dn mangyayare kht mag salita ako. Nakakatakot po ksi bumalik dhil baka pag diskitahan ult nila ako at hanapan lng ng butas pra mtanggal. Prti nila gngwa yan saamin kht maliit na bagal big deal. Ani pibg advise pd nyo sabhn? Ksi po hnd ako mka balik sa work hanggat wla akong priper advise and idea. Ang dkin lang maturuan sana leksyin yan. Pra di power tripper at hindi diya politika sa opidina porket may posisyon sya. Please help.

Hi good morning po. I am regularly employed and currently hold a managerial position in a company. I had an arguement with my boss regarding my salary when he deliberately put it on hold. We are not quite in good terms for the past 2 months since i was already fed up with what he is doing to me such as taking credit for my accomplishments and making me look bad in front the company owners. He started nitpicking on me by putting blame on me for things other departments and other employees below me had done. Going back to my salary when he deliberately put it on hold, this was aggrevated by my wife who texted him about it which he took personally. Now my concern is due to this, i requested for hr dept to mediate for us to settle this once and for all. He told hr that effective that day, he no longer need my services and endorse all my accounts to him. I will just report in the office and sit in front of my desk which our hr department acknowledged. Now in this kind of case, what can i do since obviously he wanted me to do nothing for me to resign. Hope you can help me. Thanks

Ask them to make your status official - that your boss doesn't need your services and that you just need to report and sit.

Then go file a complaint with NLRC for constructive dismissal.
