Hi atty. i just want to ask cause i worked with the company for a month and the owner doesnt want to pay my salary for one cutoff until now this happened feb this year... He knows i went already to dole and he said "let dole send me a letter then we'll talk" by the way he's indian and when i worked there their papers for business permits are not yet done... So we were working and receiving salary without tax deduction.. Any tips on what will i do next.. Its been months and not a word from dole thanks in advance for your advise
