Hi po, please I need help yung motorcycle kasi ng papa ko worth P70,000 hindi pa tapos mabayaran , 3 years payment po yun kaso namatay po si papa last month at mahigit 2 years na din nia to binabayaran,, ang tanong ko po ay kukunin po ba ng company ng motorcycle yung motor ng papa ko ? pero ung iba sabi nila automatic na daw na mapapasamin ung motor ng papa ko . . anu po ung mga rights namin kung sakali kukunin nila ung motor at pwde bang etransfer sa member ng family para taposin yung natitirang 1year? thanks in advance!

check if the motorcycle was covered by insurance and if part of the policy included death of the mortgagor. if so, then the insurance company will pay the the balance in full.

the motorcycle will be part of your father's estate that will be inherited but the payments will need to continue if there was no life insurance covering the vehicle.
