Hi Atty,

Good morning, to ask, may nag-inform lang skin na may BP22 daw ako sa Makati RTC upon filing a loan. I remember a transaction before likely related dun. Is it okay I i'll visit directly or may rep nlng ako? Worries are biglang i-require ng bail or, worsely, ma-arrest.

Hope you can help with options to consider and what needed to anticipate.

to be safe send a representative with an authorization letter. often it is not true.
