Maaari po bang gamiting evidence ang screenshots mula sa text or email sa pagfile ng kaso (or sa defense)?

Rational is kinunan na lang nya ng litrato (o screenshot) yung conversation (threats) dahil ayaw nya itong makita ng matagal sa kanyang cellphone/email due to possible trauma.

Salamat po sa mga magbibigay ng insights tungkol dito.

if it can be duly authenticated, then it can be admitted as evidence, but the failure to display the original electronic message will make this, not impossible, but difficult. it will be up to the facts and the lawyer's creativity to present the the photos properly

When you say duly authenticated, does it mean that the message and its contents should still be in the device?

Most screenshots were already printed and were slightly edited (just remove unecessary remarks). Original screenshots can be printed for authenticity.
