Hello po, may idenemanda po ako ng estafa sa dahil itinakbo po nya yung pera ko. Tapos na po yung Preliminary hearing, at once lang po sya nagpakita sa hearing. Sabi po ng fiscal for resolution na po yung kaso. Ngayon nakatanggap po ako ng letter na gusto nya ipare-open yung preliminary investigation. Ano po ang susunod na gagawin ko? Ipapa-subpoena po ba ulit ako? Bale ilang hearing po kaya ulit ito? Salamat po.
