I suggest you go to Philippines and do that personally, otherwise you will not progress. Either you get taken advantage of; or it is you who are planning for a scam.

Oh you have started the business WITHOUT having permits Smile

There are some different options:
1. Starting a "suboffice" (or what they call it) to your Pakistani business.
2a. Joint Venture between your foreign company and a Filipino company (which you can be minority owner in too.)
2b. You can let your Filipino partner own whole and then you make a business (simple) deal between that and your Pakistani business as a kind of simplified Joint Venture. Then you don't own anything in the Philippines bit you can have demands at the Philippine business.
4. Have a Filipino office where you are MINORITY owner. Foreigners are allowed to own max 40 % in your type of business. (Company or partnership. I'm not sure what the law say about Partnership, because of the max 40 % law.)

Such registrations are much work so better leave it to someone who know, for a fee,
(There is a simpler registration form too, but in your case it only functions for 2b.)
