Good morning,
I just want to know if my employer has the right to refuse to pay me if I forgot to clock in and out?

Requirement naman siguro mag clock in and out para malaman nila na talagang pumasok ka at mabayaran ka ng tama.

If it is in the policy then yes they may have the right to implement them.

YES, the employer has the right not to pay you because that is his evidence. However, if you can prove that you just failed to log in but was physically present, the employer CANNOT decline payment. You are just liable for any possible sanction as stated in your code of conduct if you can prove so.
