Arresto Menor

Magandang araw po sa mga legal advisers natin dito.

Mag tatanong lang po ako kung may batas po ba para sa mga nag rerenta ng commercial space. May karapatan po ba ang nag paparenta na i forfeit ang advance payment at security deposit nang nag renta kapag ndi nya natapos ang contract?
