Gusto ko lang po malaman kung kanino mpupunta ang makukuhang tulong at claims galing sa kumpanya. Kasi ung nanay po yata nya ang nakalagay. May chance po ba na sa mga bata mpunta yon? I don't see a problem if your sister is the mother that is listed as the one who will receive the beneficiaries of the company benefits as she can dispense the amount for the welfare of her kids with the deceased.

Unfortunately I got pregnant, but during wer together wer staying together. But one night I call him and someone answered the phone and told me that she is my bf's gf. And my ex bf told her that wer not anymore in a relationship. And the girl got pregnant also. Nanganak ako last dec and nalaman ko na nabuntis din nya ung gf nya just this april. because she contacted me..Di na rin nagpapakita sa kanya yung ex bf namn.we try to communicate with him pero wala kami makuha matino sagot. we dont have plan na panagutan nya kami but the fact the may mga makuha xa samin na pera yun na lang hinahabol namin. we have proof that he is aware bout the money issue. paano namn xa mapapabayad nung mgga nautang nya and can we file him about sa pananagutan nya samin sa mga bata? we have this experience with physical and verbal abuse.

Please go to the nearest Public Attorney's Office in a City or Municipal hall and ask assistance for filing a civil case for collection of sum of money in either a small claims court or trial court (depending on the amount that is being collected, different courts shall acquire different jurisdiction). Bring also all the evidence that you have regarding your BF's outstanding debt so that the PAO may be able to thoroughly assess your situation and accurately give you a proper legal advice.
