Arresto Menor

I recieved a summon last Saturday for my debt 265k with an online seller which I purchase and make transaction when I was still in middle east I return last February 2016 in phil. I stop paying and ask the seller I will pay once I get a job again. I don't sign any paper or agreement with her. I recieved a summon from branch 22 manila Mtc may 7 2016 they attached as an evidence 5 screen shot of our conversation via messenger what will happen if I dont answer the summon since the seller is in bahrain she just give authorization with one lawyer in behalf of her.
