I plan to buy a 150 sq meter lot whch is a portion of 1 hectare lot,whereas the seller only holds a deed of sale from the orgnal land title whch has a very big land area divided and sold to different people(our vendor is one of them) and holding deed of sale only til now..
what legal document should i hold as evidence of purchase of the 150square meter.
and how could i get that document.
