Gusto Ko sanang tanungin Kung anu magandang gawin. Yung anak ko surname ng tatay niya ginagamit pero d pa Kami kasal. Pero as what they say nasa mother Ang custody ng bata hanggang 7 yrs old. Gusto Ko sanang ilipat Ang surname ng anak Ko sa mother ko. Ang tanung lng po kelangan pa ba ng signature ng father niya pag pinalipat Ko surname ng anak Ko or kelangan pa ba ang pahintulot niya? Thanks oo

Dadaan sa korte ang pagpalit ng pangalan from the father to the mother. Di ito nadadaan sa pirma lang.

Sa pagfile sa korte, dapat may abogadong haharap para sa inyo. Kailangan ischedule, ipublish sa diaryo ang schedule. Sa pagdinig, doon iprepresinta ang argumento kung bakit kailangan palitan ang apilyido. Ang mahalagang pamantayan ng hurado ay ang kapakanan ng bata.

Bisita ka sa Office of Civil Registry kung saan nakaregister ang bata para maconfirm ang procedure.

I mean Kung kelangan pa yung presence ng father if gusto Ko ilipat yung surname ng anak Ko. Kahit Ako n lang sana gumawa.

Ano po gagawin kapag ganito po problema bali dawala nso ko .una ung isa po di ko na ginagamit tpos ung bago ung ginagamit ko bale kapg nanguha na ko nso ung lumang birth certificate ung lumalabas pano po ipakansel un bale ung una po pala iba name at surname ko sa gamit ko ngayun bale nakapangalan sakin now is step father ko
