Hi
My immigrant visa petition to the US is almost ready but i declared that i worked in singapore for 8 months in 2012. While there i unfortunately got loans from loansharks. Went back to thw Philippines and didnt pay them.
Now the US embassy is asking me for a singapore police clearance. Will the unpaid debts show up on my police clearance? Will they show up as criminal cases?
