Hello,
my brother was caught with 2 mini packs of shabu and was arrested. he is now detained in qc city jail with an ongoing case of drug trafficing section 5. the police said he is a drug pusher even with just two packs because he got text messages that is saying he's also selling.
can his case be lowered to just being a user instead of a pusher.
Need your help on this badly.
