Hi! I and my husband are married with four kids. My husband is a seaman and would usually have a contract for ten months. We were already having arguments over the financial support we're receiving from him even when we were still together. The agency that handles the allotment would remit only after two months that he went on board. The first month salary goes to my husband directly and it will depend on him if he'd choose to send me money for our kids or not. We already have a written agreement that he'd give support on  a monthly basis but just like before, I don't think he'll do as he says. I went to the agency to show the written agreement we made but they said they have nothing to do with it. Whatever the amount my husband decides to give is what they will only remit and knowing my husband, I don't think he will stick to what we agreed on even if we have a written agreement notarized. I  would like to ask what option do i have to make sure that my husband will be obliged to follow our written agreement? How can i make sure his support will start on the first month he started working even though the agency is not so cooperative.Thank you in advance and God bless!

Hiwalay n b kyo? U can file for financial support on court. But then again its really up to him. Nag uusap b cla ng kids? Support comes with affection. Let them love each other and suport will come naturally.

Hindi na po sya tumatawag sa mga anak nya at kahit nasa gipit na sitwasyon na kami at may pera sya nauuna yung bisyo nya. Kakaalis lang nya ng bahay nung MArch 22 dahil pinaalis ko at nananakit na po at ng pa medico legal ako ng cause ng blot clot sa tenga ko po yung sampal nya..gusto ko po sanag ipa barangay ..iniisip ko naman po kapag nakasuhan sya hindi na sya makakaalis mas lalong hindi sya makakatulong financially sa mga anak nya. ako po ay dalawa ang trabaho..part time at full time kahit po ganun hindi parin mapunan lahat ng pangangailangan ng apat na anak namin...salamat po!

Support shoul be shared by parents. Not husband alone. Pag usapan mabuti. Tama. Pagkinulongmo yan eh di lalo kyo mag suffer as family. Tutal nakaalis n sya eh di oks n. Lambingin mo n lsng lagi

Hindi pa po sya actually nakakasakay ulit. 9 months na at dahil sa tamad sya laging mag process at yung medical nya lagi ng pinagliliban dahil he's into drugs. ang sakin po gusto ko ng ma pormal yung support ng mga bata para hindi nako pabalik balik sa opisina at ma stress ng kakahabol sa kanya kung makasakay na sya..pero parang mahirap po pala kahit kasal kayo at obligasyon nyang magsuporta nakadepende pa rin sa kung ano ang gusto nya..pwede ko po bang ipabarangay yung notarized agreement namin?

nakita ko po yung message ng 17 year old ko na asawa sa email nya na naka link sa fb..ang sabi lang ng babae "hi bhe!" I miss you too.kahit nasa barko ang asawa ko..it confirms the relationship of the two..dinenay po ng bata at ng asawa ko..nagkasagutan kami nung bata at nasabihan ko ng pumapatol sa may asawa pina brgy po ako ako pa po ang pinahingi ng sorry.pwede ko po ba ipatawag din yung parents at bata sa brgy para tanungin kung bakit sya nagmemesage sa asawa ko e nag cause ng emotional distress sa akin.sabi ho kasi ng brgy baka pati sila balikan ng paninirang puri dahil messages lang naman sa fb hawak ko at minor pa..di po ba DAWAT TAWAGIN ANG ATTENTION NG MAGULANG ..thanks po!
