Hihingi Lang po Ako ng advice tungkol Sa Sanlang Tira Na end of contract napo at Wala pong pambayad yung nangutang saken. Ano po Ang mga legal demand Na pwede Kong gawin kasi dun Sa contract we did not agreed on anything other than after the contract ends he will give back the money. I need your legal advice to this matter. 500k po Ang bahay. Tapos nalaman Ko din po Na yung lupa Kung san nakalagay Ang bahay ay nakasanla din po Sa ibang Tao. Ano po Ang dapat Kong gawin. Location Sa ilwas subic two bedroom no garage nasa isang compound sya Na may kasama din Na ibang bahay Na nakasanla din Sa ibang Tao. Yung may ari gusto magbayad nalang ng interest rate Na 1% Lang kada buwan at yung may ari gusto tirahan yung bahay. Kung ganun man mas gusto Ko Na 4% Ang interest at colateral parin Ang bahay. Good for one year contract pag Hindi sya maghulog Sa interest or pumalya sya pwede Ko din ba ilitin Ang property? NASA hanggang ilang percent ba Ang pwede Kong ipatong pagdating Sa ganyang malaking halaga?
