Arresto Menor

The situation is this:

Nag-aaway po kami because of her attitude. Ang problem ko sa kanya is parang di na asawa turing nya sa akin. She left me although nagkasundo na kami in our last reconciliation na pag-usapan muna, wala nang layas-layas.

Now she wants to take our kid (6 yrs old) and transfer him to another school at her mom's place. Tutol ako because:

1. She's going to rely on her mom as always since she always says she's busy at her job. I don't want my kid to be a Lola's boy.

2. We already have a new house built in our neighborhood and my boy already has friends.

3. Why should I suffer my kid's absence when she was the one who gave up on our marriage? She even mentioned she was forced into it by her parents.

What I want is she can visit on the weekends, but the kid stays at my place on school days. I was wondering if I have any chance of winning custody.

Yes, that's no legal right for you to get custody,
so I suggest you try to NEGOTIATE with the mother to meet the child and perhaps even live with you sometimes.
