Please seek the help of POEA employees in regards to handling your case. I don't think deportation will be the method, but her employment in Taiwan may be affected due to the evidence you have on hand that MAY PROVE the existence of her other relationship with a co-worker. Dahil meron kang copy nung employment contract ng misis mo, you can also have it thoroughly reviewed by the POEA para ma-explain din nila yung full effects ng mangyayari in case you will go through with your complaint.

Assuming that her employment will be terminated because of her violation dun sa stipulation sa employment contract regarding having no relationships with co-workers, dun na nun siguro maaasikaso ng misis mo yung pag-uwi nya sa Pinas.

Gooday.....i just want to ask.....kung anu po b an pwde ko ifile n case s suspect......last month po kasi nagkaroon ng robbery sa pinagtatrabahuhan ko po,nangyari po yon sa loob ng isang mall.at ang oras ng pangyayari ay after closed the kiosk..base po sa nakuha namin na cctv, pagkasara po ng kiosk at pag alis ng staff.... after 10 minutes may nakita po na pumaxok sa kiosk ,ang problema po hangang tuhod lang yung kita sa cctv nung gabi na yon...kinabukasan po pag open ng staff s kiosk...sira na po yung cabinet na pinaglalagyan ng cash at mga items(total amount of 130k)..nagkaroon naman po ng imbestigation...at ayon sa kanila po ay inside job...nang ipadescribe po yung suot ng staff na lalaki nung gabi ng nangyari yung pagnanakaw ay tumugma dun sa nakuhaan ng cctv(black shoes and black slacks)...hindi na din po pumasok at hindi pa din kinukuha yung sahod nya until now..staff na lalaki po yung suspect namin.....anu po b pwede ikaso sa kanya? Nang ipasurvailance po namin yung bahay nya....wala na din po sya sa tinutuluyan nya......salamat po

Under the circumstances you mentioned, that person can be held liable for theft in a criminal case. Ask help from the police investigators to file such case against your suspect, since they usually assist the victims of such.
