sleeepy

Arresto Menor

I have a boyfriend who I met online and we've been official since september last year but we havent met in person yet. I have always liked to explore my sexuality (masturbated with toys) but I have never been one to just sleep with random people. I really do love my boyfriend and we've decided to have skype sex and it is in fact consensual. He does not pay me for it, I just really like getting off with him.

I live in an apartment and I got hospitalized earlier this january for a whole week. When I finally went back to my apartment I saw that my stuff were touched by someone. Turns out the owner of my apartment was told by some of my neighbors that I have skype sex. The owner took pictures of my toys and said that he will sue me for cybersex.

Now I have read online about our law for cybersex. It is defined as "The willful engagement, maintenance, control, or operation, directly or indirectly, of any lascivious exhibition of sexual organs or sexual activity, with the aid of a computer system, for favor or consideration."

I am just wondering if what I did is considered cybersex because I do not do it with my boyfriend for favor or consideration. We are not in a contract and he does not give me anything in exchange for it.

I hope someone can help me about this.
Thank you

Not considered as cybersex because of absence of "favor or consideration". In fact based on your facts given, you can sue the landowner for trespass to dwelling by entering your rented room without your consent.
